5. Device Authenticity & Ownership

We strictly prohibit the sale of stolen devices, counterfeit or fake Apple products, and devices with IMEI or serial number issues (e.g., blacklisted, iCloud locked without disclosure).

• Sellers must ensure they have full legal ownership or authorization to sell the devices they list.
• Users are encouraged to report any suspicious listings immediately.
• Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Buyer Responsibilities & Inspection

As a buyer on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and payment information
• Complete transactions in good faith
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Leave honest reviews based on your experience

Buyer Inspection Responsibility: It is your responsibility as a buyer to thoroughly inspect the device, verify its condition, check its IMEI/serial number, and confirm iCloud status before handing over payment or finalizing the transaction.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Sell counterfeit or stolen products
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees
• Violate any laws or regulations

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, All Apple 🇬🇭 Marketplace will facilitate communication but is not responsible for resolving disputes. We encourage users to communicate directly and work towards a mutually acceptable solution.

9. Limitation of Liability

All Apple 🇬🇭 Marketplace is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to complete transactions.

Seller Verification: While we offer seller verification features, such verification does not guarantee the success or safety of every transaction. Users must exercise their own judgment and caution when transacting.
